Man charged following series of break-ins across Burnley

A man has been arrested in connection with a spate of burglaries and thefts across the Burnley area.

Brandon Lawlor, 25, of Griffin Close, has been charged with nine counts of shoplifting, three burglaries and two counts of assault.

Lawlor was remanded into custody to appear in court in June.
